Welcome to the Assured Tenants’ handbook.
Assured tenants are tenants who:
1. Signed a long-term assured tenancy with us on or after 19th March 1996 or
2. Held a secure tenancy with Eastleigh Borough Council before 18th March 1996 and since this time have continuously occupied a property as a tenant of ours without any break.
